When performing image inspection using image processing and AI, the accuracy and stability depend on the optical system used for capturing images.

○ Camera selection ・Resolution, frame rate, frequency band...

○ Lens, field of view, telecentric/non-telecentric, resolution, brightness, mount...

○ Lighting ・Coaxial/oblique light, irradiation angle, color, light intensity...

We perform the necessary optical calculations and select the optimal optical system.

In order to select the optimal optical system, we borrow components from the customer and conduct a preliminary image evaluation.

We will help you quickly select the optical system at our newly established Chofu Lab, where cameras, lenses, and lighting are available.
