Our AI Counter is a device designed to automatically count steel bars for manufacturers and distributors of steel products, supporting shipping operations and inventory management.

When counting manually, the error rate and time required are low when the quantity is small, but as the number of bars increases, counting mistakes occur more frequently and the process becomes more time-consuming.

This device uses a tablet to capture images of the steel bars. By marking the area you want to measure on the image, the system utilizes AI technology to accurately count the number of bars.

Even in cases where the steel bars are difficult to see or when misrecognition may occur, the user can easily delete or add markings to flexibly perform the counting.

Users can also input management information—such as date, time, and product type—directly on the capture screen and save it. Furthermore, the saved data can be transferred to servers located in offices or data centers.
