Policy for Business Expansion in Vietnam and Establishment of a Partner Company

MITECH Japan has positioned business development in the Vietnamese market as one of its key growth strategies and will actively promote the expansion of its operations in the country.

As part of this initiative, the following company has been officially established in Vietnam:

MITECH Investment Technology Co., Ltd.

(CÔNG TY TNHH ĐẦU TƯ CÔNG NGHỆ MITECH)

This company is an independent legal entity fully funded (100% capital contribution) by Mr. TRAN HUU VI and has no capital relationship with MITECH Japan.

After graduating from Hanoi University of Industry (Đại Học Công Nghiệp Hà Nội), Mr. TRAN HUU VI has accumulated more than 20 years of practical experience working in Korean- and Japanese-affiliated factories in Vietnam. He has built extensive expertise in a wide range of manufacturing fields, including production management, technical improvement, and quality control.

Although MITECH Investment Technology Co., Ltd. operates as an independent company, it will serve as a strategic partner of MITECH Japan in the Vietnamese market. Going forward, both parties will strengthen collaboration in technical and business areas and promote the development of solutions utilizing MITECH Japan’s advanced technologies.

This initiative aims to strengthen the business foundation in Vietnam and establish a prompt and continuous support system for local customers, including Japanese-affiliated companies.

Through close cooperation with its partner company, MITECH Japan is committed to creating further value and achieving sustainable growth in the Vietnamese market.
